Keysight's Global Solutions Delivery Team is seeking a talented and motivated Engineering Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing custom solutions for our customers, based on Keysight hardware and software. We like to refer to this as Hardware + Software + People (you!) = Insight. This position is remote, ideally in a metro area with a significant electronics industry. We seek an individual with industry expertise and a strong network of contacts to complement our team of test experts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Managing complex projects to deliver on time and within budget, including:
   1. Defining custom services quotes
   2. Documenting customer requirements
   3. Creating statements of work (SOW) and cover letters
   4. Managing required approvals from Revenue and Legal
   5. Scheduling meetings and project reviews
   6. Building relationships with customers and internal teams
   7. Tracking project progress against plans

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years' experience in technical project management
• Experience in Electronics/High Tech industry
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (highly desired)
• Experience with test and measurement products and automation software
• Knowledge of Keysight TAP, Python, and automation languages
• Excellent communication skills for documentation and meetings
• Strong organizational skills and planning tool proficiency
• Ability to drive a company vehicle and transport test equipment
• Understanding of Keysight instruments and delivery requirements
• US citizenship and ability to obtain US government clearances
• Experience in closing business with US primes and securing contract funding
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%
