Secur-Serv is seeking a Test Security Associate to support the Office of Test Security under the Manager of Test Security's direction. The role involves coordinating security activities and ensuring processes are completed on schedule.

Responsibilities include managing the security email inbox, communicating with candidates, assisting with investigations of security incidents, and maintaining reports for internal stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and discretion are essential.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Two years’ experience in an office environment with word processing, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative work to ensure test security activities are completed on schedule.
• Maintain the Test Security email inbox and communicate with candidates promptly.
• Assist in processing test taker violations and issuing notifications.
• Assist in investigations regarding security incidents involving test takers.
• Assist in administering the score challenge process (QTSRB).
• Maintain reports to internal stakeholders on the Office of Test Security’s activities.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
• Exhibit strong written and verbal communication skills.
