Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• Two years’ experience in an office environment with word processing, spreadsheets, and PowerPoint.

• Maintain the Test Security email inbox and communicate with candidates promptly.
• Assist in processing test taker violations and issuing notifications.
• Assist in investigations regarding security incidents involving test takers.
• Assist in administering the score challenge process (QTSRB).
• Maintain reports to internal stakeholders on the Office of Test Security’s activities.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

Job description

The Test Security Associate will be responsible for various aspects of test security under the direction of the Manager of Test Security. The Associate will work in cooperation with others in the Office of Test Security to ensure that test security processes are completed on schedule.
