Job summary

Secur-Serv is a leading managed services provider of IT, print, and hardware services with a security focus. The Test Security Associate will support the Office of Test Security under the Manager of Test Security, performing administrative, investigative, and compliance tasks to ensure security processes stay on schedule.

This 6-month contract role offers a hybrid schedule with 2–3 days in the Newtown office, and opportunities for training and career growth through internal and partner programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of experience in test security, compliance, investigations, operations, education, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle shifting priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Secur-Serv requirements, policies, procedures, and directions.
• Perform administrative work of the Office of Test Security to meet schedules.
• Maintain the Test Security email inbox with sensitive, timely communications.
• Assist in processing test taker violations and issuing notifications.
• Assist investigations regarding security incidents involving test takers.
• Assist in administering the score challenge process (QTSRB).
• Maintain reports to internal stakeholders of the Office of Test Security activities.
