Securitas, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Security Director to support the Account Manager in supervising training and operational functions at the assigned post, ensuring compliance with post orders, client requirements, and internal policies.

You will coordinate security professionals, mentor staff, maintain post orders, oversee incident reporting, training, and emergency response, while maintaining client relationships and ensuring site security standards.

Formación

• Requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a proven track record of deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report writing proficiency.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and email.
• Ability to coach, train, and enforce security standards and company policies.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Account Manager in coordinating technical and managerial aspects of executing security contracts at the location.
• Serve as first point of contact for shift supervisors or security professionals; address performance issues and provide coaching and evaluations.
• Maintain post order manuals and keep the post well-maintained, organized, and clean.
• Assist with interviewing and evaluating new hires; coordinate on-the-job training and orientation.
• Oversee security reports, logs, and shift handovers; communicate information to on-site personnel as needed.
• Manage sub-units like fire control room, command center, and loading docks; generate work orders for coverage.
• Respond to minor incidents; ensure proper action and prompt notification of necessary parties.
• Identify and address personnel issues; assist with investigations and documentation as needed.
• Recommend counseling or disciplinary actions with HR approval; execute as directed by the Account Manager.
• Respond to site emergencies and maintain client relationships through proactive support.
