Randstad USA is seeking a Test Operator in Milpitas, CA to operate production machinery on a Monday–Friday schedule. The role requires 1 year of related experience with no degree required and involves standing, bending, and lifting.
Hourly pay ranges from $24 to $26.40, with first shift hours from 8 AM to 4 PM. The position offers potential full-time conversion after 9 months and internal growth within the company.
We are going through a massive expansion of our workforce and are offering Monday through Friday work for candidates with PCB and or Clean Room experience to operate as a Test Operator. Employees in good standing are consistently converted to full time internal employees with Flex after 9 months of service.

As a machine operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Duties include inspecting parts to specifications and making adjustments, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications. Performing routine maintenance checks and repairs. You must comply with company safety rules and regulations in machinery operation. Requires bending, lifting, standing, walking.
