Job summary

Randstad USA is expanding its manufacturing team in Milpitas, California, seeking an SMT Operator with PCB or Clean Room experience. Monday–Friday schedule, first shift, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with potential conversion to full-time internal employment after 9 months.

No degree required; pay $24 to $26.40 per hour, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to grow within the company.

Job description

We are going through a massive expansion of our workforce and are offering Monday through Friday work for candidates with PCB and or Clean Room experience to operate asan SMT Operator. Employees in good standing are consistently converted to full time internal employees with Flex after 9 months of service.

salary: $24 - $26.4 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

As a machine operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. Duties include inspecting parts to specifications and making adjustments, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications. Performing routine maintenance checks and repairs. You must comply with company safety rules and regulations in machinery operation. Requires bending, lifting, standing, walking.
