Job summary

Randstad USA is seeking a QC Inspector in Milpitas, CA to perform visual inspection of electronic cards and sub-assemblies in a smoke-free environment. The role requires 1 year of experience; no degree is required.

Shift is First (8 AM – 4 PM), with pay of $23–$25.30 per hour, Monday through Friday, and potential conversion to full-time internal staff after 9 months. Responsibilities include recording quality data, using gauges and microscopes, and notifying manufacturing of any non-conforming

• Excellent attention to detail and documentation.

• Performs visual inspection of electronic cards and sub-assemblies, and systems or units to ensure that all product meets the established specifications for reliability and workmanship.
• Utilizes gauges, templates, microscopes and other manufacturing aids to ensure that all product meets the established specifications for reliability and workmanship.
• Enter all quality data into the appropriate electronic or manual systems.
• Notifies the appropriate personnel if unusual product defects are identified
• Provides timely feedback to manufacturing if non-conforming product is identified.
• Accurately completes all administrative activities associated with quality inspection.

We are going through a massive expansion of our workforce and are offering Monday through Friday work for candidates with PCB and or Clean Room experience to operate as a QC Inspector. Employees in good standing are consistently converted to full time internal employees with Flex after 9 months of service.

salary: $23 - $25.3 per hour
