Job summary

ZT Systems, a Sanmina Company, seeks a Test Operations Program Manager to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing test and repair processes. You will collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, NPI, and Engineering to standardize test practices, assess challenges, and implement scalable improvements that raise product quality and factory performance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in engineering technology or related field with 3+ years in manufacturing, test engineering, quality, or program coordination.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related discipline with 1+ year experience; or 5+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Strong analytical/problem-solving abilities and data interpretation.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Standardize test/repair processes across production sites and ensure consistent data collection.
• Work with Test Engineers to improve test coverage, yield, and quality.
• Lead continuous improvement to reduce test escapes, improve cycle times and throughput.
• Provide data-driven recommendations after assessing test processes and equipment.
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting for visibility and decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new test technologies and automation.
• Communicate status, risks, and improvements to leadership.
• Support NPI by ensuring test readiness and scalability.
