Job summary

ZT Systems is seeking a Test Operations Program Manager to drive continuous improvement across manufacturing test and repair processes. You will work with Test Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, NPI, and Engineering teams to standardize testing practices, assess challenges, and implement scalable solutions that improve product quality and factory performance.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor degree with relevant experience in manufacturing/test environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret and analyze manufacturing and test performance data.
• Strong organizational, project coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication; proficient with Excel/PowerPoint and data reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive alignment and standardization of manufacturing test and repair processes across sites.
• Partner with Test Engineers to improve test coverage, efficiency, yield, and quality.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce test escapes, optimize cycle time, and improve throughput.
• Perform technical assessments of test processes, equipment, and production challenges with data-driven recommendations.
• Analyze production test and repair data to identify trends and improve reliability and performance.
• Develop and enhance test operations tools, dashboards, and KPI tracking for visibility and decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate new test technologies and automation.
• Facilitate communication between Test Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and PM to resolve issues.
