Job summary

ZT Systems is seeking a Production Test Engineering Technician to support production test, failure analysis and repair activities to meet quality targets and on-time delivery. You will liaise with Engineering and Mfg Test Development and work with cross-functional teams to exceed customer expectations.

The role covers Mfg Test Validation, NPI HW Test ownership, System Test execution, and ongoing sustaining support. Strong communication and multitasking are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize workload and multi-task effectively.
• High school diploma or higher; IT-related associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Validate manufacturing tests on production hardware and drive process improvements.
• Create failure summary reports and identify false failures in test processes.
• Lead NPI hardware test, manage test execution and report status daily.
• Perform system tests, verifications and documentation for product releases.
• Provide sustaining support and issue resolution for test and repair activities.
• Communicate test issues to engineering and management for corrective action.
