Job summary

Novolex is hiring for a Test Line position in Cedar Rapids, offering a Monday–Friday shift from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm in a climate-controlled environment. Starting pay scales upward with tenure, with immediate hire. The role focuses on testing large packaging equipment and reading engineering schematics to ensure optimal operation.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and an A.A.S. in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 year A.A.S Degree in Industrial Maintenance Technology or 2-5 years’ experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance preferred.
• WorkKeys/NCRC Silver or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and test large commercial packaging equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic and electrical functions.
• Read engineering blueprints and schematics.
