Job summary

Novolex is seeking a CNC Maintenance technician in Cedar Rapids for a Monday-Friday 7:00 am-3:30 pm shift. You will perform preventative maintenance on CNC mills, lathes, and lasers, respond to urgent breakdowns, and collaborate with OEMs to resolve issues. Compensation includes a pay scale with incremental increases and climate-controlled work areas.

The role requires 1-3 years of CNC maintenance experience and an A.A.S. in CNC maintenance is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of CNC maintenance experience.
• A.A.S. degree in CNC maintenance is a plus.
• Experience using preventative maintenance work order software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdowns on CNC equipment with urgency.
• Complete preventative maintenance tasks on CNC equipment in a timely manner.
• Work with OEM technicians to troubleshoot/resolve issues and also learn about the equipment.
• Complete other duties as assigned in a timely manner.
