Job summary
RTX in Tucson, AZ is seeking a Systems Engineer focused on hardware integration and verification testing for defense systems. You will support lab and field tests, analyze data, and deliver validated results to customers and government partners.
The role requires a STEM bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with travel up to 25% and on-site work in Tucson. Relocation assistance and a full benefits package are provided.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM (Electrical/Systems Engineering, Physics or Math).
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience with hardware/software/system integration and testing.
- Experience with military platforms preferred.
Responsibilities
- Perform integration, verification, and qualification testing of Effector systems in flight and ground environments.
- Lead or support lab testing and manage on-site resources.
- Deliver reliability artifacts to government partners.
- Develop and implement test plans and documentation.
- Coordinate across company functions and with customers.
