YOUR TASKS
  1. Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Test Equipment Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, calibrating, and troubleshooting test equipment used in the production of automotive components. This role requires a strong technical background and the ability to work collaboratively with engineering and production teams.
  2. Key Responsibilities:
    • Maintain test equipment for testing printed circuit boards (PCB) & automotive electronic products to ensure accuracy and reliability.
    • Troubleshoot and repair test equipment as needed.
    • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop and implement testing procedures & new test equipment.
    • Perform preventive maintenance on various test fixtures & test equipment.
    • Ensure calibration of test equipment in a timely manner.
    • Conduct tests and analyze data to ensure compliance with industry standards.
    • Maintain test equipment KPIs – technical availability & first pass yield.
    • Provide training and support to production staff on the use of test equipment.
    • Stay updated with the latest advancements in test equipment technology.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, electronics engineering, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in test equipment maintenance.
    • Strong technical skills and knowledge of automotive testing standards.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Effective communication skills.
