Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Roy, UT seeks a Flight Systems Integration and Test Lab Manager to oversee hardware‑in‑the‑loop testing, requirements verification, and lab operations for the Missile lab.

You will lead cross‑functional IPTs, manage schedule, cost, risk, and ensure certification readiness, while mentoring a team of Integration, Assembly, Test and Checkout engineers. This role requires a Secret clearance and travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 8 years of related experience; Master's +6 years or 4 years extra in lieu of degree
• Experience leading lab testing programs and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead Hardware in the Loop Testing to validate hardware/software configs
• Interface with US Government customer through reviews
• Support system architecture and verification planning
• Manage design changes and interface requirements
• Oversee risk management and schedule/cost reporting
• Mentor Integration, Assembly, Test & Checkout engineers
