Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a Test Engineer in Utah to transform complex test challenges into actionable, data-driven decisions. You will collaborate with hardware and software teams to ensure tests meet schedule and quality targets, delivering clear findings for leadership.

Responsibilities include developing test plans, executing TRRs, and providing insights for program leadership while supporting the Sentinel program and related initiatives. A DoD clearance and STEM background are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in STEM from an accredited university.
• 8+ years of related experience; 6 years with a Masters; 4 years with a PhD.

Responsibilities

• Translate urgent problems into clear objectives and maximize ROI of test activities.
• Provide data-driven insights and shape technical direction.
• Identify and troubleshoot hardware/software anomalies with engineering teams.
• Create and review test reports and provide actionable technical inputs to IPTs.
• Contribute to test Concept of Operations (ConOps) and optimize test resources to meet constraints.
• Communicate test-driven insights to executives to support rapid decisions.
