Palm Beach State College in Lake Worth, FL is seeking a Test Center Representative to support the administration and scoring of tests. The role requires attention to detail, reliable attendance, and strong customer service as you interact with students and staff.

The position offers a starting hourly rate of $16.51, with an emphasis on security of testing, accessibility services, and accurate data handling. You may work nights or weekends as needed to support operations.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED with additional training related to the position.
• One year of related experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Professional or similar application.
• Attention to detail while maintaining effective time and task management.
• Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with internal and external customers.
• Regular physical attendance required.

Mansioni

• Sets up tests according to established protocol.
• Monitors the administration of various tests.
• Scans, scores and electronically submits test scores.
• Responds to complex inquiries from all levels of employees or external sources regarding policy and procedures.
• Directs students to proper portions of testing software and addresses minor problems.
• Ensures security and confidentiality of tests and records, scoring procedures and data collection and reporting.
• Provides students with disabilities with reading and scribe services.
• Welcomes and assists persons who come into the department.
• Provides administrative support to the department.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
