Prometric is seeking a Test Center Administrator in Norwalk, CT, to support daily operations of a busy test center. You will greet examinees, verify IDs, monitor exams, and uphold strict testing policies to ensure integrity and a smooth experience.

Your role requires strong communication, reliable attendance, and the ability to work a variety of shifts to meet center demand. This is an in-person, part-time position with benefits on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience a plus.
• Minimum of one year of in-person customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Maintain knowledge of test center policies and procedures.
• Monitor exams and enforce security checks.
• Escort candidates and assist with issues as needed.
• Ensure a fair, quiet testing environment at all times.
• Record fingerprint identification if applicable.
