Prometric's Glastonbury, CT test center is seeking a part-time Test Center Administrator to greet examinees, verify IDs, monitor exams, and uphold the highest standards of exam integrity in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year of customer service experience, a high school diploma, and proficiency with Windows-based software including MS Office and Outlook; flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of customer service experience required, in person (retail, call center, etc.).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of test center policies and procedures.
• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Perform security checks including wand use.
• Monitor candidates throughout exams and ensure testing integrity.
• Report and resolve candidate issues with urgency.
