Prometric is seeking a Test Center Administrator in Greensboro, NC to represent the company at our test center. You will greet examinees, verify IDs, and monitor exams to uphold integrity and security in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work varied shifts. Full-time/Part-time opportunities with a focus on accuracy and friendly service are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• College experience a plus.
• Minimum of one year of customer service experience.
• Must be 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert knowledge of test center policies and procedures.
• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Perform security checks including wand searches.
• Continuously monitor candidates as they take exams.
• Report and resolve candidate issues with urgency.
• Maintain a secure environment and materials in the test center at all times.
• Ensure each candidate has a fair and comfortable testing experience.
• Adhere to company guidelines and report any misconduct or incidents.
