Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience in person (retail, food service, etc.).
• High school diploma or equivalent required; college experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Perform required security checks including wand screening.
• Monitor candidates during exams to ensure adherence to policies.
• Maintain secure environment and materials at all times.
• Report and resolve candidate issues with urgency.
• Represent Prometric’s vision and values in the center.
