Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer-service experience in person.
• Ability to communicate professionally and write detailed reports.

Responsibilities

• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Monitor exams and enforce policies.
• Perform security checks including the use of wands.
• Continuously monitor candidates as they complete exams.
• Report and resolve candidate issues with urgency.
• Maintain secure environment and materials in the test center.
