Prometric is seeking a Test Center Administrator at our Glastonbury, CT site to serve as the face of Prometric in center operations. You will verify candidate identifications, monitor exams, and uphold strict policies to ensure exam integrity in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong customer service experience, ability to multitask, and adherence to security protocols. This is a full-time, on-site position with varied shifts and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Strong communication with candidates and coworkers.
• Ability to write detailed reports and maintain documentation.
• Ability to multi-task and manage exam setup and support tasks.
• Familiar with Windows-based software (MS Office, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of test center policies and procedures.
• Greet examinees and verify identification.
• Perform security checks and monitor exams for integrity.
• Provide prompt resolution of candidate issues with urgency.
• Maintain test center security and orderly environment.
• Escort candidates as needed and ensure a fair testing experience.
