Job summary

Dallas Area Rapid Transit (DART) seeks a supervisory professional to lead Traction Electrification Systems (TES) in the Maintenance of Way Department. You’ll oversee TES personnel and contractors, develop budgets, schedules, and reports, and ensure timely, safe delivery of maintenance projects.

Responsibilities include managing preventive maintenance, inventory, and data systems; coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and promoting safety practices across teams.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent in related technical field.
• 5 years of progressively responsible experience in DC traction or related field with 2 years supervising staff.
• Valid CDL Class-A Restricted and ability to obtain Texas CDL within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise TES personnel and contractors for DART maintenance.
• Develop cost estimates, schedules and budgets for complex projects.
• Oversee maintenance programs, safety practices, and training.
• Maintain documentation and reports for management review.
