Job summary

Under supervision, you will conduct maintenance checks, manage inventories, and coordinate external contractors. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and adherence to MARTA policies and union guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with formalized electrical/electronic training.
• Experience supervising maintenance work and teams.
• Background in maintaining high/medium voltage AC/DC power systems.

Responsibilities

• Assigns and supervises maintenance work to teams to meet goals.
• Coaches and provides technical assistance to staff.
• Plans, monitors and evaluates performance to maximize potential.
• Maintains records and coordinates supplies and subcontractors as needed.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
