Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based outside sales representative to cover the greater Tucson area, representing top‑tier wine and spirits brands. You will lead, develop, and support field sales personnel while driving sales goals, displays, and pricing in off-premise accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and maintain an acceptable driving record and insurance coverage as required by the Company and state law
• Ability to repetitively lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg products

Responsibilities

• Provide day to day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel
• Achieve goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing
• Foster communication with internal and external stakeholders to support sales and align with company goals within the territory
• Assist sales account managers with setting objectives, managing follow-up and tracking performance through KPIs and metrics
• Other projects or duties as assigned
