Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in Tucson seeks a field-based outside sales leader to drive growth in off-premise accounts across the greater Tucson area. This role involves leading a sales team, achieving display and pricing goals, and coordinating with internal and external partners to align with company objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with 4–6 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience; or High School Diploma with 7–9+ years of experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel.
• Achieve goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing.
• Foster communication with internal and external stakeholders to support sales within the territory.
• Assist account managers with setting objectives, follow-up, and tracking performance via KPIs.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.

Position Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing day to day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel
• Responsible for achieving goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing
• Foster communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts and ensure alignment with company goals within an assigned territory
• Assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up and tracking performance through KPIs and performance metrics
• Other projects or duties as assigned

Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of leadership experience or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma with 7 to 9 plus years of specific experience and 2 to 3 plus years of leadership experience
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and maintain an acceptable driving record and insurance coverage as required by the Company and state law
• Ability to repetitively lift a minimum of 25 lbs. to 50 lbs. on a regular basis and up to 175 lbs. when handling keg products
