Reyes Beverage Group is seeking an experienced outside sales supervisor to lead field-based teams across Denver, Colorado Springs, and surrounding areas. This role emphasizes relationship building, territory growth, and achieving visibility for top brands.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4–6 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership experience OR High School Diploma with 7–9+ years of specific experience and 2–3+ years of leadership experience.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and maintain driving record and insurance as required by company and state law.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision to assigned sales personnel.
• Achieve goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing.
• Foster communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to support sales efforts and align with company goals within an assigned territory.
• Assist sales account managers with setting account-specific objectives, managing follow-up and tracking performance through KPIs and metrics.
• Perform other projects or duties as assigned.
