Reyes Beverage Group is seeking a field-based outside sales supervisor to lead and develop a dynamic team across Denver, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and nearby markets. You’ll drive sales, optimize displays, and collaborate with internal and external partners to meet stretch goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 4–6 years of related experience and 0–1+ years of leadership.
• Or High School Diploma with 7–9+ years of related experience and 2–3+ years of leadership.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and insurance as required.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs with keg products.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership, development, engagement, and supervision of sales personnel.
• Achieve goals related to sales, displays, shelf position, and pricing.
• Foster communication with internal and external stakeholders to support sales in the territory.
• Assist account managers with objectives, follow-up, and KPI tracking.
• Take on other projects or duties as assigned.
