Job summary

Reyes Beverage Group in El Paso, TX is seeking a sales professional to drive monthly objectives by expanding distribution and developing new accounts while maintaining existing routes.

You will execute trade promotions at retail, coordinate displays and POS materials, and ensure quality and inventory standards are met. This role requires regular travel within the territory and a strong focus on customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 1–3 years of related experience or HS diploma with 4–5+ years of experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or meet state minimum age requirements.
• Must have reliable automobile transportation and valid driver license with required auto insurance.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs regularly and up to 175 lbs for keg products.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals within assigned timeframes and acquire new business while maintaining distribution.
• Execute sales plans and promotions at retail; communicate pricing and promotions; coordinate displays and POS materials.
• Maintain compliance with quality control and product code date standards.
• Plan and conduct regular sales visits to accounts.
• Manage inventory to minimize stockouts and out-of-code issues.
• Monitor product placement and shelf life to maximize shelf impact.
• Other projects or duties as assigned
