Job summary

Riboli Family Wines is seeking a regional sales leader to manage our full portfolio across Colorado, Kansas, and Wyoming. You will educate distributors, train sales staff, and drive new placements for Riboli Family Wines through On- and Off-Premise channels.

You will travel extensively, lead programs with wholesalers, and report progress to the Regional Manager. Strong communication, leadership, and market analysis are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years in beverage/alcohol sales.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficient with MS Office and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Direct distributor On and Off-premise management to meet goals.
• Lead field activity and educate wholesalers and retailers.
• Present programming to distributor management and sales teams.
• Travel as needed to meet responsibilities.
• Lead monthly/quarterly/annual planning meetings.
• Prepare and deliver weekly/monthly recaps and flash reports.
