Prestige-Ledroit Distributing Co. in Elkridge, MD seeks a Sales Specialist to own a territory, grow wine, beer, and spirits sales, and build relationships with restaurants, bars, and retailers. You will be the face of our portfolio in your territory, driving growth and helping customers succeed.

This field-based role requires daily in-person calls, strong communication, and a passion for hospitality. Starting compensation ranges from $60,000 to $75,000, with room to grow through base plus

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years of sales experience in wine/beer/spirits or hospitality.
• Background in beer, wine, spirits, or hospitality.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized with great follow-through.
• Analytical mindset and curiosity about the industry.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage strong relationships with on- and off-premise accounts.
• Make daily in-person sales calls and become a trusted partner to your customers.
• Identify opportunities and recommend the right products from our portfolio.
• Create and deliver engaging sales presentations.
• Track activity, follow up, and stay organized.
• Use sales data and reporting to guide your strategy and hit your goals.
• Partner with leadership to problem-solve and grow your territory.
• Host tastings, staff trainings, and events (some evenings/weekends).
• Educate customers and their teams on wine, beer, and spirits.
• Represent our brands with professionalism and enthusiasm.
