Prestige-Ledroit Distributing Co. is seeking a outgoing Merchandiser to ensure products are well displayed, stocked, and promoted across our retail network in the Maryland area.
You will build and rotate displays, install signage, attend tastings, and support warehouse and sales teams as needed. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, with the ability to lift 40 lbs and work on your feet all day.

As a Merchandiser, you will be a key ambassador for our brands, ensuring that our products are beautifully displayed, fully stocked, and prominently promoted across our retail network. This role is essential for driving visibility and sales while fostering positive relationships with our partners. Beyond merchandising, you will have the opportunity to support our warehouse, sales, and delivery operations, gaining a comprehensive understanding of our business.
Install and maintain point-of-sale (POS) materials such as signage, shelf talkers, and promotional items.
Create and produce signage both in advance and as needed to support ongoing promotions and account requests.
Opportunity to conduct in-store consumer tastings and promotional events to engage customers and increase product awareness while driving sales.
Ensure product placement, rotation, and appearance meet company standards.
Collaborate with sales representatives and district managers to execute brand and seasonal initiatives.
Assist other departments within the operations team—such as warehouse, sales, delivery, or inventory support—during peak business periods or as needed.
Maintain accurate records of completed work, inventory levels, and display compliance.
Communicate effectively with supervisors regarding store visits, opportunities, and competitive activity.
Operate a company or personal vehicle safely between assigned accounts.
Support sales representatives by troubleshooting minor draft beer system issues.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record .
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with limited direction.
Comfortable performing both solitary tasks and collaborative team projects.
Ability to lift and move cases of product (up to 40 lbs) and work on feet for extended periods.
Excellent communication and time-management skills.
