Job summary

Prestige-Ledroit Distributing Co. is seeking a outgoing Merchandiser to ensure products are well displayed, stocked, and promoted across our retail network in the Maryland area.

You will build and rotate displays, install signage, attend tastings, and support warehouse and sales teams as needed. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required, with the ability to lift 40 lbs and work on your feet all day.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with retailers and customers.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage shelves, displays, and promo materials.
• Attention to detail for accurate stocking and display compliance.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with limited direction.

Responsibilities

• Build, stock, and maintain product displays and endcaps in retail accounts where permitted.
• Install and maintain POS materials and signage for ongoing promotions.
• Create signage for promotions and account requests as needed.
• Conduct in-store tastings and promotional events to boost product awareness and sales.
• Ensure correct product placement, rotation, and appearance per company standards.
• Collaborate with sales reps and district managers on brand and seasonal initiatives.
• Support warehouse, sales, delivery, and inventory during peak periods.
• Maintain records of completed work and display compliance, and communicate store opportunities.
