Job summary

Trutech Wildlife Service, a Rollins brand, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth in residential and commercial wildlife management services. You will prospect, consult, and close solutions that address wildlife issues while building long-term relationships.

Ideal candidates have hunter instincts and proven outside sales success, a valid driver's license, and willingness to travel within your territory and to Atlanta as needed.

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience with proven results.
• Hunter mindset and strong prospecting skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 10%.
• Willingness to travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.
• Ability to work independently and manage a field schedule.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop relationships with residential and commercial customers.
• Diagnose wildlife issues and propose humane solutions.
• Build and maintain a sales pipeline to exceed targets.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure a high-quality customer experience.
• Close deals, collect payments, and re-engage past prospects.
