Job summary

Trutech Wildlife Service invites an Outside Sales Representative in Missouri to drive growth for residential and commercial wildlife services. You will prospect, consult with customers, and tailor solutions while building long-term relationships.

The role offers a competitive base with uncapped commissions, comprehensive health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, and tuition reimbursement. Travel up to 10% and Atlanta start within 30 days are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales, building a pipeline and closing deals.
• Ability to consult with customers to identify needs and craft solutions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop relationships with residential and commercial customers.
• Assess customer needs and recommend humane wildlife services.
• Build and leverage relationships with homeowners, property managers, and partners to drive sales.
• Create, present, and close detailed proposals for wildlife removal and prevention services.
