Job summary

Trutech Wildlife Service is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth by prospecting, developing relationships, and delivering solutions for residential and commercial wildlife services. You will assess needs and present humane, effective solutions while coordinating with internal teams to ensure a top-tier experience from consultation to completion.

The role emphasizes territory development, meeting sales targets, and building long-term client relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver's license.
• Must be available to travel up to 10%.
• Must be available to travel to Atlanta within 30 days of start date.
• Hunter mindset and proven experience in outside sales.
• Ability to work in the field independently and efficiently manage your own schedule.
• Proficiency in using several types of software and applications.

Responsibilities

• Act as a consultative problem solver—diagnosing wildlife and pest issues and confidently recommend the right solution.
• Capitalize on company-provided leads while consistently building your own pipeline to exceed sales targets.
• Aggressively grow new business in your territory by self-generating opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Build and leverage relationships with homeowners, property managers, realtors, contractors and sister brands to drive recurring and referral-based sales.
• Partner with operations and field teams to ensure a safe and smooth customer experience.
