Responsibilities

• Account Development: Prospect, pitch, and open new retail and wholesale accounts within your designated territory.
• Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, lasting partnerships with retailers, smoke/vape shops, and regional distribution networks.
• Product Education: Educate store owners and buyers on our client's product catalog, formulations, quality assurance, and compliance standards.
• Territory Strategy: Identify key growth opportunities, route optimizations, and new market expansion targets.
• Account Retention & Follow-Up: Maintain rigorous follow-up practices to drive recurring re-orders and build long-term account value.
• Brand Representation: Act as a professional, knowledgeable ambassador for our client in the field and at regional industry events.
