Job summary

Life Extension is seeking a high-performing Regional Sales Manager to drive wholesale growth across Ohio, Michigan, Western Pennsylvania, and West Virginia. In this field-based role, you'll partner with retail, practitioner, and e-commerce customers to expand market presence, increase sales, and promote science-based nutritional supplements.

You will travel extensively, manage accounts, and achieve quarterly targets while collaborating with marketing and leadership to meet regional objectives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of field sales and account management in nutraceutical/health & wellness.
• Experience with vitamin retailers, health food stores, or related channels preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Valid driver's license.
• Willingness to travel approx 4+ days per week.
• Ability to travel by air for trade shows and company events.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue and expand market share within existing wholesale accounts while identifying new opportunities.
• Build relationships with retail stores, health food retailers, supplement providers, healthcare practitioners, and e-commerce partners.
• Develop account pricing, promotional, and discount strategies to maximize sales performance.
• Deliver product education, training, marketing support, and brand resources to customers.
• Conduct frequent in-person account visits to strengthen partnerships and uncover growth opportunities.
• Achieving and exceeding quarterly sales goals and performance metrics.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive activity to position Life Extension products.
• Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities to increase brand visibility.
• Collaborate with internal marketing, sales, and leadership teams to support regional objectives.
• Managing regional budgets, forecasts, and promotional investments responsibly.
