Orion Wealth Solutions is seeking a field-based Business Development Consultant to grow the RIA book across the Mid-Atlantic Territory. You will work with independent and hybrid RIAs, drive inflows, retention and wider solution adoption, and guide NPAs through Orion's process.

Based in the Cincinnati or Philadelphia metro, you will partner with an Internal Sales Consultant, travel 50–60%, and lead territory business planning, cross-selling Orion offerings, and CRM discipline to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field required or preferred.
• Proven track record in financial services sales and relationship management.
• Experience selling to independent and hybrid RIAs is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Grow Orion Wealth Solutions within the Territory by acquiring and expanding RIA firm relationships.
• Cross-sell Wealth Solutions to existing Orion technology clients and drive assets inflows.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions of NPAs and ongoing client adoption.
