Job summary

Orion Advisor Solutions is seeking a field-based Business Development Consultant for the RIA-Wealth Solutions group. You will grow assets by expanding relationships with independent and hybrid RIAs in the defined territory, drive new producer adoption, and coordinate across teams to convert Orion’s technology into client growth.

The role requires 5+ years in financial services sales, a proven quota track record, and the ability to engage senior RIAs and executives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services sales or relationship management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Ability to engage senior RIAs and executives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Grow Orion Wealth Solutions with independent and hybrid RIAs across assigned territory.
• Manage inbound and outbound relationships to drive asset inflows and retention.
• Collaborate with internal teams to turn Orion's platform into asset growth.
• Lead New Producing Advisors (NPAs) through the sales process and transition new firms to Wealth Solutions.
• Maintain territory plans, pipeline management, and CRM activity.
