Job summary

Mars Incorporated is seeking a Veterinary District Sales Manager for the Miami Metro area. The role focuses on executing the Vet BU strategy, achieving clinic-based sales goals, and identifying opportunities through data and relationships with clinic staff.

The candidate should have 2+ years in sales (preferably B2B), veterinary clinic experience, and strong communication and presentation skills. Overnight travel is required, with occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years sales experience, ideally B2B.
• Veterinary clinic experience preferred.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (oral and written).
• Possession of a driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Overnight travel required, 20–30% travel, weekends occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Translate product and clinic data into business opportunities.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan to grow clinics.
• Build relationships with clinic decision-makers in the territory.
• Deliver data-driven presentations for Veterinary staff needs.
• Collaborate with BU and org teams to meet shared objectives.
