Job summary

Mars is seeking a Veterinary District Sales Manager for the Royal Canin portfolio in the Miami, FL area. This field-based role requires living within the territory and delivering clinic-focused sales growth through strategic account management and business planning.

You will translate product knowledge into opportunities, build relationships with clinic decision-makers, present data-driven insights, and collaborate across marketing, sales, and scientific affairs to achieve objectives while

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred.
2+ years sales experience, preferably B2B.
Veterinary clinic experience preferred.
Excellent communication & presentation skills (oral and written).
Possession of a driver's license and a clean driving record.
Overnight travel required, ~20–30% travel.

Responsibilities

Translate knowledge of products, categories, customer, and clinic data into business opportunities.
Develop and execute a territory business plan by understanding clinic operational needs.
Establish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers within the geography.
Develop and deliver data-driven presentations to address Veterinary staff needs.
Collaborate with Account teams, Digital Sales, Inside Accounts and Scientific Affairs to meet objectives.
Build partnerships and work with others to meet shared goals.
Execute the Veterinary Business Unit sales strategy.
Work in a cross-functional team environment and adapt to changes.
Conduct quarterly business reviews and adjust strategies based on needs.
