Mars, Incorporated and its Affiliates is seeking a Veterinary District Sales Manager for the Royal Canin brand in Columbus, OH. This field-based role requires living in the territory and delivering clinic-focused sales growth.

Responsibilities include translating data into opportunities, building relationships with clinic decision-makers, and delivering compelling presentations. Travel 20–30% with occasional weekends, driving a cross-functional team approach to achieve targets.

Qualifications

• 2+ years sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Excellent communication & presentation skills (oral and written).
• Possession of a driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Overnight travel required, occasional weekends; approximately 20-30% travel.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate knowledge of products, categories, customer, and clinic data into business opportunities.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan by understanding clinic operational needs.
• Establish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers within assigned geography.
• Develop and deliver data-driven presentations for Veterinary staff.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet shared objectives and implement sales strategy.
• Manage budget and CRM reports, ensuring timely expense reporting.
