Job summary

Royal Canin is seeking a Veterinary District Sales Manager to lead territory growth in Columbus, OH. You will execute Vet BU strategy by increasing clinic access, aligning with veterinarians and clinic staff, and driving data-driven sales initiatives.

The role requires field-based work, 20–30% travel, and the ability to live within the territory. Bachelor's degree preferred and 2+ years of sales experience are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years sales experience, preferably B2B.
• Veterinary clinic experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate knowledge of products, categories, customers, and clinic data into business opportunities.
• Develop and execute a territory business plan by understanding clinic needs and growing clinics in the geography.
• Establish and grow relationships with clinic decision-makers in the territory.
• Develop and deliver data-driven presentations to address veterinary staff needs.
• Collaborate with BU and organization; balance internal and external stakeholders.
• Build partnerships to meet shared objectives.
• Execute the Veterinary Business Unit sales strategy.
• Work in a cross-functional setting and adapt to dynamic environments.
• Conduct quarterly business reviews and adjust strategies to maximize territory performance.
• Manage budget and reporting; complete CRM and expense reports.
