Job summary

Covetrus is seeking a Senior Veterinary Relationship Manager to lead the growth of key veterinary accounts within Scranton, PA and surrounding areas. This quota‑carrying role focuses on in‑clinic, technology, and specialty product adoption, partnering with Veterinary Account Executives to maximize VetSuite opportunities and customer value.

You will manage relationships, negotiate terms, use SFDC to track progress, and travel daily for field visits and meetings as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years in veterinary/healthcare sales or account management.
• Proven history of exceeding quotas and meeting objectives.
• Experience working in a matrix organization with cross-department collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key sales contact for retain and develop accounts to meet targets.
• Collaborate with Veterinary Account Executive to drive VetSuite adoption.
• Lead engagement activities and webinars to grow revenue and adoption.
• Identify customer pain points and create opportunities for product expansion.
• Manage customer data in SFDC and coordinate contract renewals.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to ensure retention and satisfaction.
