Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• 2+ years selling tree care equipment or related industry.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to discuss equipment.
• History of meeting or beating sales targets.
• Comfort prospecting, qualifying, and growing a territory.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and daily activity tracking.
• Competitive, self-motivated attitude to win.
• CDL license a plus for towing/hauling equipment.

Responsibilities

• Build territory across Philadelphia and Chester County and grow existing accounts.
• Develop deep product knowledge across tree care equipment like Toro and Morbark.
• Sell consultatively by matching solutions to customer needs.
• Run hands-on demos and training sessions for customers.
• Track industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead.
• Represent Earthborne at industry events and trade shows.
• Support post-sale activities to foster repeat business.
• Maintain CRM records of activity and forecasts.
