Job summary

Precision Sales Recruiting seeks an Outside Sales Representative for a growing manufacturer and systems integrator of industrial scrap, trim, and dust handling equipment. You will own the territory across eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and New York, visiting plants and building six-figure deals.

Expect a base of $100,000 plus uncapped commission, mileage allowance, and a company vehicle for the right person.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in outside sales of industrial capital equipment.
• Experience with multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
• Willingness to travel across the territory and manage a long sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Sell into manufacturing plants across the eastern PA/NJ/DE/NY territory.
• Walk the plant floors to assess current processes and costs.
• Collaborate with engineering to scope and close six-figure projects.
• Manage deals from lead to installation with minimal daily guidance.
