Job summary

Recor Medical is seeking a Therapy Development Manager to lead therapy and market development programs for improving patient access and referral networks in renal denervation.

You will collaborate with marketing, therapy specialists, and customers to build awareness, develop reference sites, and drive adoption of Paradise-uRDN for uncontrolled hypertension. Up to 50% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of sales experience, including 2+ years in healthcare/sales.
• Existing relationships within geography PCP, Cardiology, Nephrology or hypertension management offices.
• Candidates must reside in the listed territory and be willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Identify referral networks for renal denervation therapy across provider types.
• Build awareness and relationships through therapy demonstrations and educational programs.
• Educate physicians and allied health professionals on therapy adoption and pathways.
• Develop strategic territory plans to drive product demand and patient access.
